With nearly 40 years of industry experience, Todd has navigated a distinguished career path, serving as Captain on four different types of turbojet aircraft and demonstrating a commitment to excellence at every turn.
Over the years, Todd has built and led quality control and case management organizations, orchestrated seamless integrations of air carriers to enhance customer service, spearheaded globalization and efficiency initiatives, and designed and implemented complex technology solutions. His contributions extend to delivering enhanced safety management systems, all with an unwavering focus on elevating the client experience.
As a highly experienced aviator and operational leader, Todd’s aviation journey began with soloing a Cessna 152 Aerobat in 1987. Since then, he has amassed over 10,000 hours of flight time across a diverse range of aircraft, including jets, turboprops, sea planes, and gliders. Todd’s leadership roles have spanned reputable organizations such as Trans States Airlines (Trans-World Express), Midway Airlines, NetJets (formerly Executive Jet Aviation), Magellan Jets, and TransMedics Aviation.
In addition to his industry leadership, Todd is a dedicated safety practitioner and philanthropist, actively engaged at the board level with organizations such as the NetJets Family Foundation, the Ohio Aviation Association, and the Air Charter Safety Foundation. Currently serving as the Chairman of The Air Charter Safety Foundation, Todd is at the forefront of initiatives demonstrating that companies investing in safety management systems achieve superior financial performance and customer satisfaction compared to their peers.
