Bob Rufli is a seasoned aviation professional recognized for his leadership and regulatory expertise. 

In his role as President of Air Operations, Bob leads all aspects of the company’s air operations, including flight planning, safety protocols, and fleet management. As Chief Certificate Management Officer, he navigates complex regulatory landscapes to maintain certifications and licenses while enhancing operational excellence.

Bob brings 35 years of industry experience to the table. Notably, during his tenure at Pentastar Aviation as Vice President and Director of Operations, he oversaw helicopter EMS operations and managed large corporate flight departments globally, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Previously, Bob served as Director of Operations at The Air Charter Safety Foundation, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing safety programs for small operators, contributing significantly to industry-wide safety standards improvement.

During his tenure with Aerodynamics Inc. (ADI), he played a key role in obtaining FAR 121 certification, facilitating the operation of large aircraft for corporate shuttle operations. He also managed international flight operations to numerous destinations worldwide. Bob also spearheaded the merger of five Part 135 certificates under an approved FAA A502 merger plan, for Landmark Aviation.
